Q: Why do you determine cutter size off of area?

A: By using area to determine sizes you are able to better estimate how much dough will be used by using our cutters. We believe that this helps bakers deliver more consistent sized cookies, particularly with cutters that have irregular shapes. We are also always sure to provide you with the cutter's other dimensions we well to help you with your planning.
